By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including recipient details, delivery address, and requested delivery date. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability, specific blooms, containers, or accents may occasionally need to be substituted. When substitutions are necessary, we will use flowers and materials of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your order on the requested date. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance. All deliveries are guaranteed by 5 p.m. Deliveries may be left in a safe location at the recipient's address if no one is available to receive them.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom floral designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up.
Order Issues
If you believe there is a problem with your order, such as damage during delivery or receipt of an incorrect arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or other resolution.
Cancellations
Cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
